How to set it up
- Load a recharge card of MTN 100naira or make a transfer of N50naira
- Goto message and send T3 to 33988.
- You will receive a text message confirming that you have successfully subscribed to MTN mobisafe backup and 2GB will giving to you.
- » It will last for a week.
- » If you’re not lucky to get a success message, then you can credit your line with N450 and re-send the text. Alternatively, you can choose to opt-in for the 100MB data plan for N50 by texting TI to 33988 or the 1GB data for N250 by texting T2 to 33988.

Launch any version of Psiphon Handler in your phone.
In your handler settings, select real host and input mtnn.mobisafebackup.com%2f%3aa@ or mtnn.mobisafebackup.com in your proxy server
Click save In your more option settings, tick connect through Http Proxy
and also tick use the following settings input these to your host
address: 10.199.212.2 and port: 8080
Now Connect and Enjoy
