Google Pixel & Pixel XL : Here's everything you need to know

Few more hours to the official launch of Google Pixel and Pixel XL, the two smartphones has long been expected after several leaks from various sources, interestingly the event which is expected to mark the introduction of this two great smartphones comes up tomorrow 4th of Oct.

The event will also witness the launch of other google products along side the smartphones, although it is not clear whether Google Pixel XL or the Pixel will retain the Nexus brand, but what we do know is the two smartphones will come power packed

According to various leaks, Pixel is rumored to feature a 5-inch full hd display, however UK retailer Carphone further revealed detailed leak about the two devices, and of course it consit of everything you need to know about the Pixel XL and of course its other half

While the Google Pixel is expected to feature a 5-inch display, the Google Pixel XL will come with 5.5inch full hd display, though there isn't much difference between the two device, aside from the screen size and of course the battery, without any further delay, lets take a quick look at the major features of the two smartphone

As seen above from the spec sheet, one can deduce the Pixel will come with a 2,770mAh battery which support fast charge, however the Google Pixel XL on the other hand features a bit hug 3,450 mAh battery, See details below

As stated earlier, both device are expected to launch tomorrow the 4th of Oct. which is about few hours away, interestingly both smartphone will come pre-installed with Android 7.0, there are various indications that both variants takes the shape/look of iPhone 6 and the HTC One A9 as it's beleived to feature an aluminium body design

Other apps expected to come with the device includes Google Assistant, which is the name given to Google’s voice search/digital assistant, also it is believed to come pre-installed with Google's messaging app Allo

Interestingly, those who will be buying the Pixel and Pixel XL will get free and unlimited high quality cloud photo backups via Google Photos rather than the compressed photo backups. although there hasn't been any official price tagged for the device, but Google Pixel is expected to be priced at $600 upwards.
